10 Minutes a day...

On the MA Fine Art (online) with Falmouth University, this week we are tasked with making ten-minutes of movement daily. I have to confess... I'm really uncomfortable with planned 'movement'! I become deeply self-conscious, awkward, tense and anxious. So I thought about different kinds of movement and decided on a ten-minute walk each day - that's movement -

This week, I'm on holiday in North Yorkshire, England: a ten-minute walk from the cabin takes me through woods, bathing in birdsong and the scent of pines... not so difficult after-all!
